Recently, the first session of managerial skill training class of first-line manager held by CMAL’s HR department had a successful operation. Teachers with EMKT were invited to give lectures where the students were an active part of the training, giving their response and gaining much knowledge.
The training runs in phases and by classes. There will be 5 classes over 10 sessions. The trainees from branches and subsidiaries outside of Chongqing have clustered training in southern area and northern area. There are 234 trainees in total who are head of production line and team leaders.
